Evaluation Meeting
ZHAO Shuangxi delivered a speech on behalf of Inspur, providing a comprehensive review of the company’s 30-year journey in the field of digital human resources. He noted that Inspur Haiyue Human Resources Technology Co., Ltd., leveraging Inspur Group’s AI capabilities, has served over 8,000 large and medium-sized clients and possesses extensive industry experience.
During the project presentation segment, CHEN Ying provided an in-depth explanation of Inspur HCM from seven perspectives: company background, product and services, business architecture, AI technology, market positioning, flagship case studies, and future plans. She elaborated on how Inspur HCM leverages a dual-engine approach of “digital employees + intelligent scenarios” to help enterprises and educational institutions build comprehensive human resource management systems covering the entire lifecycle—recruitment, utilization, development, and retention—thereby offering data-driven decision-making and personalized learning support for engineering education.
During the project defense stage, the panel of experts engaged in in-depth discussions with the Inspur team around four key dimensions: technological maturity, educational adaptability, industrial implementation pathways, and sustainable operational models. GUO Xiaofeng, drawing on practical experience from overseas projects of central state-owned enterprises, offered suggestions for improving the fairness of AI algorithms in cross-cultural contexts. From the perspective of industry-education integration, FENG Yechong recommended that the project place greater emphasis on talent development to enhance practical implementation. All evaluators actively shared their insights and suggestions, contributing to a lively and constructive atmosphere during the discussion.
