HE Kebin, Member of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Cheung Kong Professor of Environmental Engineering at Tsinghua University. Prof. HE has been conducting research on air pollution control for over 30 years, and made significant achievements that have been implemented in national action plan on acid rain and PM2.5 pollution control, including the development of an online platform of Multi-resolution Emission Inventory for China (MEIC), the establishment of a new approach for source apportionment of integrating emission, observation and simulation, and the development of a dynamic assessment model for air pollution control solutions. Prof. 

HE is the winner of one National Natural Science Award (Second Prize), three National Science and Technology Progress Awards (Second Prize), 11 provincial and ministeriallevel science and technology awards, and Cozzarelli Prize of PNAS. He was rated by Elsevier as “China’s Highly Cited Scholar” successively from 2014 to 2019, and included by Clarivate in the “Global Highly Cited Researchers” in 2018 and 2019.
