HUANG Xiaojun, Vice President/Managing Director of Veolia China. Mr. HUANG is the Co-chairman of Chinese mayor and multinational CEO round table, Executive President of China Environment Service Industry Association, Vice President of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, Vice President of China Association of Circular Economy, Board Member of China Business Council for Sustainable Development, and Vice Chairman of China International Council for the Promotion of Multinational Corporations.

He joined Veolia Water in 1999. In 2004，he started presiding over external relations as the Vice President of Veolia Water China. Since 2010, he has been  Vice President of Veolia China. In 2006, Mr. HUANG received Master of Business Administration degree from Peking University. In 2013, he undertook further study at School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University.
