HOU Feng, Chairman and CEO of CWEG, Distinguished Expert at China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Ministry of Finance and other ministries, and Vice  President of National Engineering Laboratory of Municipal Wastewater Treatment and Utilization Technologies.

Dr. HOU has presided over a dozen of major national water projects and key “863 scientific research projects” and led the compilation of China’s first Underground WWTP Engineering Technology Guide (in effect). He was the winner of the Second and Third Deng Jiaxian Science and Technology Awards for China's excellent youth and China Ecological Conservation Excellence Award granted by China Ministry of Ecological Environment.
